  • It is our privilege to see patients of all ages, from newborn to geriatric.
  • We are located at 200 Rice Street, Wilmore
  • We open Monday through Friday beginning at 8:30 AM
  • We  are open until 5:00 PM every day except Wednesday.
  • We are open until Noon on Wednesday.
  • Most insurance accepted.
